Ceaser Kelly's Obituary
Ceaser Kelly, age 87, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2016. He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Mary Lou, his son, Ceasar G. Kelly, two daughters Jennifer and Kim Williams, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Interment: National Cemetery of the Alleghenies
