Christopher Lee Durant, age 38, beloved son of Ruth Cheatham and Phillip Lanier, transitioned on November 7, 2019.  He was born on October 31, 1981 in Pittsburgh, Pa.  Christopher graduated high school and went off to college, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree.  Christopher later began working diligently as a brick layer for Clairton Works.  He will be greatly missed by his devoted parents Ruth and Phillip; brother Craig Lanier; sister Chacoya Stanko; and a host of other family members and friends.  Visitation will be held on November 12, 2019 4pm-8pm at Mt.
