Obituary

Earl S. Horsley was born September 21, 1946 in Pittsburgh PA to the late Emmet and Ida Mae (Scott) Horsley. Earl was called to eternal rest on January 17, 2021. Earl was educated in the Pittsburgh Public Schools and later attended Point Park College in Pittsburgh. Earl worked for Yellow Cab in Pittsburgh for many years as a cab driver and later moved to the Insurance Adjustor until he retired. Earl was a faithful member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and the church Treasury. Earl also enjoyed singing in the church Men's Choir and wore many hats at Morning Star and the membership loved him. Earl loved his family very much and would do anything for them all. Earl is survived by his lovely wife Priscilla (Rich); His children; Anthony (Tianna), Michael (Sonya) and Tina; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, his brother Howard and brother-in-law Harvey. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Emmet and Ida Mae Horsley; his aunt Marva (Scott) Starks and his sister Earlene (Horsley) Williams. Earl is also survived by a host of family and friends.

Services will be held at Morningstar Baptist Church

Visitation: Monday, January 25, 2021 6pm-8pm

Funeral: Tuesday,  January 26, 2021. 11am
