Frances Redman was born on January 17, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA from the union of Fredrick Redman and Mary Whaley.  After graduating, Frances worked until she became a daycare owner eventually working for herself.  She spent many years caring for children and providing services for families in her community.  Frances will be eternally missed by all those who crossed paths with her in life.
