Mamie Irene (Harris) Smith age 73, transitioned on October 18, 2021. Mamie was born of the late John Green Harris and Irene Baker Harris on May 19, 1948 in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her parents, Mamie was preceded in death by her daughter Sonya Smith and son Alan Smith.  She is survived by her son Henry Thomas Smith III; brothers John G. Harris and Charles Harris, and sisters Ruth (Harris) Summers and Antoinette (Harris) Deferite; grand children Dante Bogner, Dante Smith, Mesha Smith, Marissa Smith, Sierra Smith, Lauren Smith, and many other relatives and friends.

Per Mamie's wishes, funeral services will not be held.  However, the family is preparing a memorial gathering.

Mamie will be eternally missed by many and we will always cherish her memory.
