Marva Starks, Age 80, transitioned on August 9, 2016. Marva is survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. She was an educator in the Pittsburgh Public School system. Marva was a lifelong member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and served as the Eastern Regional Director from 1970-1972.
