Age 44, transitioned on November 13, 2020.  Melissa was born on August 21, 1976 in Boston from the union of Mary and Clifton Ruggs III.  All who knew her loved her effervescent spirit and beautifully honest candor.  Melissa was known for her giving and loving nature.  She will be truly missed by her brothers, sisters, and a host of other family members.

Services will be private, for family only.  Interment: Greenwood Cemetery
