Age 79, transitioned on December 27, 2019.  Penny was born on May 21, 1940 in Hempstead, New York from the union of Joseph and Carrie Hacker.  She attended and graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree.  Penny spent many years as a substitute teacher in the Hampshire Public School system.  She married and moved to Pittsburgh eventually.  Penny is survived by her loving children Charles Morris, Christine and Stephen Archibald; and a host of other relatives and friends.
