Shirley Kemp, age 68 transitioned on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Beloved wife of Harvey; devoted mother of Douglas and Nikita Williams (Rolando); sister of Priscilla Horsley (Deacon Earl); also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild and other relatives and friends.
