Steven Craig Holmes Sr., better known as "Skookie", 69, of Monessen, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 11:46 am at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on April 5, 1949, in Charleroi, to the late Howard and Alberta Holmes. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Tina Holmes, four sons; Steven Holmes (Diana), Scott Holmes (Nicole), Sean Holmes (Brianna) and Trey Holmes; three daughters, Amber Holmes (Kendal), Sheena Vince, and Haley Holmes; four brothers, Howard Holmes (Faye), Gary Holmes, Robert Holmes (Darla), Vernon Holmes (Ruth); and two sisters, Nancy Hatcher (Allan) and Tracy Calhoun (William). Services will be held at Christian Life Ministries 1201 Patton Avenue, Monessen Pa, 15062.  Visitation services will be Wednesday May 23, 2018 from 1 pm to 8 pm and funeral services will be Thursday May 24, 2018 at 11:00 am where Pastor Robert C.
