Age 66, transitioned on August 26, 2021.  Thomas was born on April 16, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA from the union of Thomas Sr. and Juanita Ruffin.  After high school he attended college.  He met and married the love of his life, Cheryl.  Together they had 4 children; Gordon, Jessica, Kirby, and Whitney.  Thomas worked for many years as a production planner, working on various projects throughout Pittsburgh. Thomas dedicated his life to his family and work.  To know him was to love him.  Thomas was preceded in death by his son Gordon Ruffin.  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rev. Cheryl Ruffin; daughters, Jessica, Kirby, and Whitney Ruffin; sister Sharon Caves; three grandchildren; and a plethora of other family, church family, and friends.

Services will be held at St. Paul A.M.E Church on Friday, September 3, 2021  Visitation: 9am-12pm        Service:12:30pm

All attendees MUST wear masks and practice social distancing.
